I am interrupting my vacation next week to take a Responsive Classroom course from Monday until Thursday. The class is from 8:00 to 3:30, and it is being held in an elementary school in Westford which is a 30 minute drive - without traffic. I have always wanted to learn more about Responsive Classroom because I think social and emotional growth is very important. Plus, I do love having class meetings. Next week I'll be writing about what I learn in class.

Right now I have to get ready for tomorrow. I'm going to miss being on vacation and going in my pool....I am not going to miss the cleaning and organizing that I'm supposed to be doing.

I'm also hoping that this school is air-conditioned because it's going to be very hot next week.
