Happy Wonderful Wednesday!

Happy Hump Day!  I'm so excited to link-up with Joyce from This Side of the Pond for:

1. Where do you go when you need some inspiration?

I just LOVE Pinterest ~ BEST ideas around!

2. What's under your bed?

On my half of the "under the bed" area is nothing, however, my husband's "under the bed" area is crowded with plastic containers of his shoes.

3. Thursday, February 22nd is National Chili Day, National Margarita Day, and National Cook a Sweet Potato Day. Of the three which would you most like to celebrate? Is that likely?

I make turkey chili every week or so.  I don't have the ingredients on hand so it's doubtful we'll celebrate this holiday.

4. What are you 'snowed under' with right now?

I'm cleaning out the cabinets in my dining room ~ there's way too much stuff that needs to be sorted.  My goal is to unclutter...

5. Tell us three to five things that make you feel balanced?

My three activities include:

1.  Walking my dog.
2.  Reading a book.
3.  Spinning.

6. Insert your own random thought here.

Why does time fly by super fast when you're on vacation?  This happens on the weekends, too!

  1. Yes, great ideas on Pinterest but it can be a huge time suck! I get 'lost' often just scrolling through without looking for anything! ha.
Yep, vacation and weekends speed by! It's because we're doing what we want and don't want it to end.

  2. I just found this post! I didn't make chili, a margarita, or a sweet potato on the 22nd. The only one of those I EVER make is sweet potatoes. My husband is the chili maker in this family. I have a box of shoes under my bed along with a HUGE box of cards, letters, children's artwork, and other mementos. At some point it will be too full! What will I do then? Have a good week.

  3. I love Pinterest too, but it can be a Black Hole of sorts : ) I do use much of what I find there, especially recipes and holiday pins so it's a good thing too. I have something like a chili in my crock pot now and I had a margarita yesterday so now all I need is a sweet potato!
