As you can tell from the blog title, my sister loves to run, and she also loves to cook and bake.
Today I taught my 20 year old son, Andrew, how to make balsamic chicken. When he returns to college in September, he'll be sharing an apartment with 3 roommates so he's getting ready to prepare some "real meals."
Maybe he'll be checking out his Aunt's new blog to get some more recipes!
